The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for fire protection maintenance services at the FAA Kona ATCT in Hawaii, to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Procurement for this requirement is under NAICS code 561621. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years. Site visits are not available. Questions must be in written form and submitted to John.G-CTR.Space@faa.gov by April 16, 2024, 1600 Pacific Time. Do not call for questions. Responses to this RFO must clearly reference the RFO number, 697DCK-24-R-00248. Responses to this RFO must be received in the inbox of Contracting Specialist, John Space, John.G-CTR.Space@faa.gov, by the bid due date and time of April 28, 2024, 1800 Pacific Time. See submission details under Section L of this RFO. No hard copy or CD submissions will be accepted. The contracting officer's physical office is located in Des Moines, WA. Period of Performance: 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2029
