Site work for a municipal facility in Beaumont, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Beaumont is requesting bids for furnishing all labor, supervision, and equipment to install approximately 1,762'+/- of 8' tall PrivacyLink chain link fence around the north, east, west and south property boundary of the Beaumont Fleet Management Facility. Prior to installation of new fencing the Contractor will remove existing fencing currently surrounding the facility, and clean all trees, brush and tall grass a minimum of five feet (5') either side of the centerline of fence, and haul off all brush and debris. The new fence will be installed in the same location as the existing fence line. The Contractor shall confine his use of the site to the portion indicated on the plan except as required by the Contract Documents to do work outside of that area. Questions Deadline: 3/14/2024 12:00 PM (CT) Specific questions concerning items or procedures in this solicitation, shall be submitted on https://beaumonttexas.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Questions will be answered through an Addendum and posted on the IONWAVE site. Vendors who received notification of the bid opportunity will be notified of the Addendum via email.
