Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. Design plans call for the construction of a 39,355-square-foot, two-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
New 24-bed Seniors' Long-Term Care Facility in Cambridge Bay. The facility will have a total of 3,644 m2 new long-term care facility and 700 m2 ancillary building. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Groundbreaking ceremony was held in Cambridge Bay for this development. Anticipated Construction start spring/summer 2026. Construction Substantial (Interim) Completion by: Spring/Summer 2028, Construction tender is anticipated in early, 2026. The exact address for this project has not been finalized yet. Further update in early 2026, upon approvals
