New 24-bed Seniors' Long-Term Care Facility in Cambridge Bay. The facility will have a total of 3,644 m2 new long-term care facility and 700 m2 ancillary building. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Groundbreaking ceremony was held in Cambridge Bay for this development. Anticipated Construction start spring/summer 2026. Construction Substantial (Interim) Completion by: Spring/Summer 2028, Construction tender is anticipated in early, 2026. The exact address for this project has not been finalized yet.
