Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler ONYX Seal Project The project includes: All materials and equipment required to provide a frictional asphaltic surface preservation treatment (ONYX) to approximately 17 lane miles of mostly residential roadways in the City of Tyler. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties".
