This project is generally described as the construction of a two-story concession, bathroom, and office building in the location of the football field at the Joseph W. Luter, Jr. Sports Complex. Site work consist of tying into water and sewer as stubbed to the building site and additional concrete sidewalk installation around the structure. The brick and mortar on the exterior of the structure shall be in substantial conformance with the existing baseball concession building. Material samples for both brick and mortar shall be provided to the Owner for review prior to purchase and installation of these materials. All work and laydown of materials shall be coordinated with the Owner in conjunction with their event schedule.
