Reference Number 0000265063 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/08 03:00:00 PM EST The Facility Operations Services of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for janitorial services at five (5) City locations, Greenboro Pavilion located at 14 Tapiola Crescent, Greenboro District Library located at 363 Lorry Greenberg Drive, Greenboro Community Centre located at 363 Lorry Greenberg Drive, Hunt Club-Riverside Community Centre located at 3320 Paul Anka Drive, and Conroy Off-Leash Dog Park located at 3136 Conroy Road, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set out herein. A performance security will be required from the successful bidder prior to the execution of a contract or the placing of a purchase order and/or Letter of Award. Such performance security may, at the discretion of the City, be either in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price, in the form of cash, a cheque certified by the bank upon which it is drawn, a money order, an irrevocable bank letter of credit with an auto renewal clause (draft form provided by the City of Ottawa), OR a Renewable Performance Bond for a Multi-Year Contract with an Emergency Remedial Measures Rider in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Total Tender Price from a surety company authorized by law to carry out business in the Province of Ontario. The City may accept any bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all bids.
