Gladstone Village Phase 1 (GV1), located at 75 Oak Street, Ottawa, will consist of 336 residential units in the form of a mid-rise tower, a high-rise tower, a shared podium, commercial space, at grade residential units and an underground parking garage with access via a new street. The building is designed to Passive House PHIUS standards. This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by invitation only to the Prequalified Respondents (Stream 1).
