Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eustis, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project shall consist of the following major items or process units: Contract No. 1: Street Improvements - Wright Street from North Railway to Cameron 1540 SY of 8"t concrete paving 2 concrete fumes Earthwork Bids for Street Improvements 2024-1, Each bidder shall submit, with his Bid, a certified check or Bid Bond in a separate sealed envelope, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of his Base Bid. A 100 % Performance Bond and Labor & Material Bond shall be furnished within 10 days of the Notice of Award by he successful Bidder. The work shall be started within 30 days of the date of the Notice to Proceed and completed October 15, 2024, unless extended due to weather. The Owner reserves the right o reject any or all Bids and o waive informalities in Bids received. The Owner reserves he right to accept that bid,
