Renovation of a residential development in Biloxi, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Suncoast Duplex Termite Repairs and ADA Renovation. The Biloxi Housing Authority is hereby soliciting bids for Duplex Termite Repairs at Suncoast Villa for units located at 1665 and 1667 Perry Drive, Biloxi, MS 39531. Project scope includes various interior and exterior repairs. No bid received after the deadline time and date will be considered except in accordance with law. The Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder. The Biloxi Housing Authority is an equal opportunity employer. The Biloxi Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Project time: Project duration will be 90 calendar days (Excluding Sundays and Holidays) from notice to proceed. The work of Trade Contractors and their employees is expected to be performed in a good and workmanlike manner. Workmanlike quality is defined as workmanship that meets or betters those criteria indicated in applicable building codes, using materials and installation methods identified in this Scope of Work
