Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Biloxi, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; residential development; and for the renovation of a residential development.
Code Enforcement - 212 Bowen Street Community Development Department. All windows, doors and openings shall be secured by a minimum of 1/2 " exterior structural wood sheathing, cut to fit the exact opening (maximum 1/4 " tolerance) and held in place with a minimum of 1 5/8" utility screws (or sheetrock screws) every 8" continuous around entire borders. Exterior wooden surfaces other than decay-resistant woods shall be protected from the elements and decay by painting or other protective covering or treatment to match the exterior color of the structure. The lot must be cleared and cleaned of all trash, litter, grass, weeds and debris to include all broken glass, building materials, nails, screws, white goods, appliances, and offensive substances as defined by the City Code of Ordinances. Cleaning and clearing inside of building prior to securing as to prevent further damage to the building (e.g., mold, mildew, and unhealthful or offensive substance discharge).
