The Owner will not accept a proposal that does not include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance for the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. A form will be enclosed in the specification's booklet that shall be used for this purpose. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) is required and must be submitted with the bid prior to the bid due date. The Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid date The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bid proposals which they feel to be in their own best interest.
