Remove and replace all existing kitchen plumbing lines. Inspect and replace water heater if needed. No bids will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its filing the same shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, or certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the FDIC and authorized to do business in North Carolina in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. As an alternate, a 5% bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the bid. The Raleigh Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
