The bids shall provide the cost for furnishing all necessary equipment, materials, labor, related services, permit fees and complying with all related Federal (EPA, OSHA, HUD), State and Local regulations for the following: Base Bid (Lump Sum) Work involves but is not limited includes furnishing all labor and equipment necessary to perform general landscape maintenance at thirteen (13) Raleigh Housing Authority properties. Maintenance will include spring and summer maintenance of lawns, including mowing and edging to maintain property appearance. Fall and winter maintenance will include leaf removal, shrub trimming and lawn maintenance as necessary to prepare for winterization. No bids will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its filing the same shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, or certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the FDIC and authorized to do business in North Carolina in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. As an alternate, a 5% bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the bid. The Raleigh Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
