Renovation of an educational facility in Bly, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Gearheart Elementary School - Roofing Replacement. The project will be a public improvement project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, Prevailing Wage Rates. The work contemplated consists of the following: Re-roofing Gearheart Elementary School in Bly, Oregon. The project scope consists of demolition of the existing fascia's, gutters, flashing, boot flashing, curb flashing, etc. as required for re-roofing. During the re-roof, areas identified on the plans will require deck inspection for damage, replacement of decking, coverboard, and rigid insultation. Put-back will include new gutters, fascia's, flashing, boot flashing, curb flashing, etc. and a new single ply membrane roof over the existing EPDM single ply roofing. See the construction drawings for additional information. The owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the contract for sixty (60) days and may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements on these solicitation documents and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner, that it is in the public interest to do so.
