HVAC Equipment and Controls Replacement, Lafayette County Chancery Building- The work generally consists of removal and replacement of existing rooftop units with new. The removal and replacement of the HVAV Controls with a BacNet communication protocol. The project will also include the installation of Bi-Polar Ion Generators. The removal and replacement of a pump. The project also required a rebalance of the HVAC system including the air and water side equipment. Project Location: 300 N. Lamar BLVD., Oxford, MS 38655. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required, cach in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form published in the Contract Documents. Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor's License Number unless a statement on the exterior says the bid enclosed is less than or does not exceed $75,000.00. Owner reserves the right to reject a bid based on Owner's and Engineer's evaluation of qualification information submitted following opening of bids. Completion- 230 calendar days
