The cleaning and televising of approximately 14,066 linear feet of 8-inch through 12-inch sanitary sewers, cleaning and televising of 4-inch through 6-inch sanitary laterals, and the rehabilitation of 99 sanitary sewer manholes. Rehabilitation work shall include the replacement of frames and covers, raising structures to grade, the reconstruction of chimneys, addition of barrel sections, new benchwalls and channels, grouting of voids, joints, and pipe penetrations, cementitious manhole lining, and the installation of four (4) manholes. The work shall also include approximately 21,342 linear feet of 8-inch through 12-inch cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of sanitary sewer mainlines; the removal of protruding laterals; and the reinstatement of laterals. Next, the work shall include 4-inch through 6-inch CIPP lining of sanitary sewer laterals; 4-inch through 6-inch sanitary sewer lateral replacement; 4-inch through 6-inch lateral test tee/clean out assembly installation; and lateral wye or tee replacement in the sanitary sewer mainline. Lastly, the work shall include one (1) point repair under Franklin Street that will replace approximately 30 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer main. Each proposal must contain the full name of the part or parties submitting the proposal and all person interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than October 31, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects in bids or bidding procedure, or reject any and all bids, or to accept the bid from the lowest most responsible and responsive bidder as exclusively determined by the Owner. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
