Work shall include rehabilitation of sewer manholes and sanitary sewers to reduce inflow and infiltration. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any Non-Bidder may be refunded their deposit only upon returning plans and specifications prior to the bid opening.
