Work shall include rehabilitation of sewer manholes and sanitary sewers to reduce inflow and infiltration. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder, submitting a sealed bid, upon returning the drawings and specifications to DATAFLOW within 30 days and in good condition, will be refunded their deposit. Any Non-Bidder may be refunded their deposit only upon returning plans and specifications prior to the bid opening. Copies of the Contract Documents may be examined at no expense at Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC, 100 Hunt Center, Horseheads, New York 14845 between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
