Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Harman, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Scope of work will include replacement of plywood decking as needed, and a price per sheet should be included in the submitted bid as a possible additional cost. Bid shall include removal and disposal of current shingles on roof, as well as Installation of new roofing utilizing Owens Corning Duration Shingles, Owens Corning Roll Vent, Owens Corning Hip and Ridge Caps, and Owens Corning Titanium Underlayment. Bid shall include assurance that these roofing products will be installed according to manufacturers installation instructions, including nailing pattern, so that maximum extended warranty shall apply. Bidder will assure that the project will be completed by June 30, 2024. Successful bidder will be responsible for all building permits, and will furnish COARC with proof of insurance, worker's comp insurance, contractor and business licenses.
