The City of Maryville, Missouri is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional design services for site layout and associated improvements related to the construction of the Downtown Pavilion Project. Services may include all tasks related to site design, including storm drainage collection, utility extensions and relocations, surveying, geotechnical investigations, concrete pad design, adjacent parking and traffic modifications, and landscaping. The proposed project will be constructed on a city-owned lot with site design incorporating the adjacent city-owned parking lots and proposed closure of a portion of 5th Street from Main to Market Streets. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
