Certification of insurance coverage shall be filed with the Engineer and acceptable to the Owner. The City of Stover reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids.
