Brookville Borough 2024 Paving Project This project shall be completed by August 30, 2024. After August 30, 2024 liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per day. This project shall be bid using PA prevailing wage rates. A Bid Security comprised of a certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the Brookville Borough executed by the bidder and a surety company satisfactory to the Borough, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total amount of the Bid must be submitted with the proposal. Brookville Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract work awarded will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder for each contract or combination of bids. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the Bid Opening.
