Request for Qualifications for CMAR Services for Kelley Park The City of Apple Valley ("City") is seeking a construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for upgrades and improvements to Kelley Park (the "Project"). The selected CMAR will need to coordinate their services and work with City staff and the City's selected landscape architect, Confluence Inc., during both the preconstruction and construction phases of the Project. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 471.463, the City is soliciting the submittal of qualifications from firms that provide CMAR services and have a proven track record of performing as a CMAR or projects similar to the Project.
