Description: Major quantities for the Work include: 800 CU YD Common Excavation 18,150 SQ FT 6" Concrete Walk 800 SQ YD Turf Establishment Additional Description: Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Requirement DBE Goal: Race Gender Neutral (RGN) Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with MnDOT 1208. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The City of Slayton reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Slayton.
