Wildwood Estates 2024 Pavement Improvements Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, full depth reclamation (FDR) with cement, surface profile milling, new HMA surface, concrete curb & gutter removal and replacement, and storm sewer frame adjustment Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Department of Labor to all laborers, workmen, mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act. Certified payroll reports will be required. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory PERFORMANCE BOND for the full amount of the bid accepted.
