Project Range: $3,500,000 - $3,800,000 The Purchasing Division of Indianapolis and Marion County will receive sealed bids for the above described "Project/Work" at Room 1522 of the City-County Building, Indianapolis, Indiana, until 9:30 a.m. prevailing local time, and from 9:31 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in Room 1560, on February 29th, 2024 and commencing as soon as practicable thereafter on the same date such bids will be publicly opened. An 18.45-acre tow yard for the City of Indianapolis consisting of gravel, asphalt, and concrete paved surfaces for different towed vehicles. A double-wide trailer will be located on the southern side as well as a wet detention pond on the northeast side. The plan charge will be listed on the online planroom. Payment may be made by check, credit card, or cash. No deposits accepted. Make checks payable to repro graphix. All payments and costs of contract documents and related supplemental materials are non-refundable. Bid packages will not be available for sale in the purchasing division office or the department of public works. The participation goal for Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) is three percent (3%). The participation goal for Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) is one percent (1%). All Questions/Comments from prospective Bidders must be received by 12:00pm on February 21 st , 2024.
