Bull Pen Spring Fence Materials Introduction: Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) is seeking to purchase fencing materials to construct 2,000 feet of a 42" inch tall buck and pole type fencing constructed entirely out of welded drill pipe. The fencing must be triangular shaped and free standing in nature, consisting of 12' three rail panels and joints that link the panels together. The fencing must be pre-fabricated panels and joints that do not require welding or additional supports to stand. Contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest total price for all materials requested. Fence Material List A total of 2,000 feet of pre-fabricated fencing 42" high in 12' panels, including the joints between each panel Delivery to Vernal, Utah.
