The Work Generally Consists Of Drilling An 12-inch Culinary Well To A Depth Of 300 Feet, Well Development, And Pump Testing. Instructions To Bidders For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, And Contract Award, Refer To The Instructions To Bidders That Are Included In The Bidding Documents. Federal Requirements This Is A Federally Funded Project. All Bidders Are Required To Make The Six Good Faith Efforts To Assure Compliance With The State's "Fair Share Goals" And Are Required To Comply With Eeo Regulations. Domestic Preference This Project Is Subject To Build America, Buy America Act (Babaa) Requirements Under Title Ix Of The Infrastructure Investment And Jobs Act (Iija), Pub. L. 117-58, 70900-70953. Absent An Approved Waiver, All Iron, Steel, Manufactured Products, And Construction Materials Used In This Project Must Be Produced In The United States. Babaa Incorporates The Same Requirements As American Iron And Steel (Ais) Requirements Which Are Included In Appendix A.
