Parkview Apartments First Floor Renovation The General Scope of Work for This Project Will Consist of, but Not Be Limited to, Interior Demolition, New Partitions, New Acoustic Ceiling Tile and Gypsum Board Ceilings, New Lighting and Electrical Devices, New Security Desk, Relocation of Existing Doors and Hardware, Painting, and New Floor Finishes. Performance Period to Be 180 Days. The goals for workforce content are 35% minority and 5% women . Additionally, the SLHA places particular importance on creating new job opportunities for Section 3 Workers and Targeted Section 3 Workers, including providing them sufficient labor hours on the project. Awarded vendor will be required to give a "good faith effort" to meet or exceed the 25% and 5% labor hour benchmark.
