It is the responsibility of the Contractor to contact the Missouri One Call system to get the location underground utilities in the right of way prior to the commencement of work. If the proposed work causes utility conflicts, the Contractor is required to notify the Metro Project Manager immediately for further instructions. Any MODOT electrical utilities damaged shall be repaired or replaced in a manner meeting MODOT and Metros approval. Locations #1,2,3 and 4 may have underground utilities within the perimeter that must be located. Any additional locations may also have underground utilities within their construction limits. All traffic control must be approved by MODOT prior to any work being initiated within the MODOT right-of-way.
