Renovation of an educational facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Scope of Work (FEMA Flood Restoration: General Works Package) consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform all operations per the Contract Documents. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications. Special Needs: If you have a special need addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act, please notify the Department of Public Works at 314-505-8560 or the Missouri Relay System, TDD 1-800-0735-2966, at least five working days prior to the bid opening. The City of University City hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The DBE goal for this project is 0% of the total contract amount. The minority and/or female workers goal for this project is 15% per the City's Code Section 135.010B Personnel Requirements For Contractors With City. The City of University City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of University City is in bidding stage for restorations to their existing Centenninal Commons, Heman Community Center and Fleet Maintenance Center following the flood incident. The project includes restoring each facility to the pre-flood damage conditions. The restoration will be accomplished under a single bid package, beginning in April 2024. 1. The restoration work shall be sequenced to prioritize completion of the Centennial Commons work, followed by the Heman Community Center and then Fleet Maintenance Center.
