Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of providing approximately 2,265 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer main, including eleven (11) manholes, twenty (20) new site inspection ports (SIPs) and new service lateral installations, connection to an existing manhole, and all associated clearing and grubbing, erosion control and surface restoration. The project is located in the Woodcliff Subdivision of Henrico County, VA. This project is federally funded through the American Rescue Plan Act Fund (ARPA Fund). Successful bidder shall provide necessary information to Henrico County for all federal reporting requirements. For more information, please review Project and Expenditure Report User Guide from Department of Treasury. No other federal requirements are needed for this project.
