Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Lawn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Township of Spring reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids or portions thereof, to delete projects and/or portions of projects based upon budget constraints, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the TOWNSHIP OF SPRING, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated. The Township also reserves its right, at its sole discretion, to waive any informality in the Bid, and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid. A ten percent (10%) bid security must accompany each sealed proposal. All submission of bids must be on the bid forms provided with the contract specifications. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount, said bonds to be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A Certificate of Insurance showing proof of liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance must also be provided, as specified in the bid documents. All Work contained within the contract shall be completed in full within forty-five (45) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Additionally, it is required that the Contractor not commence construction until August 19, 2024. Liquidated damages shall apply to the contract for Work not completed in full within the specified time period. The Township of Spring Board of Supervisors will accept sealed Proposals, in triplicate, for the West Lawn Park ADA Improvements Project. The project includes approximately 115 tons of bituminous paving, approximately 475 square yards of excavation/grading and erosion and sediment control installation.
