Only contract documents obtained directly from KLH Engineers will be accepted. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. In no event will the RACW consider a contractor as eligible if he cannot initiate the work under the contract within 30 days of the contract execution and proceed to the successful completion of the work within 30 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
