Mechanical improvements Toronto Public Libraries. The assets to be inventoried include all systems that produce cooling / heating / humidification including their respective distribution systems but not limited to: - Rooftop HVAC units - Rooftop Makeup air units - Exhaust fans (space / washroom / kitchens) - Fan Coil Units / Window AC units - Split Systems (Fan coils, Condensing units) - Water treatment stations - Humidifiers - Boilers - Chillers / Cooling Towers - Pump Sets for heating hot water - Pump Sets for chilled and condenser water. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the Toronto public library board to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of HVAC consulting services. The awarded proponent will provide HVAC Consulting services, for the preparation of a comprehensive and accurate physical inventory solution (searchable list with the capability to pull out information) created of all the mechanical systems /equipment (assets) that provide temperature and humidity control along with their respective ancillary systems for the branches. Deadline to submit Questions Mar 13th, 2024, 12:00 PM EDT. Questions submitted to electronically. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
