Cleaning and Maintenance of Commercial Grease Exhaust Systems for the Town of Hempstead Town Hall, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, New York The Town of Hempstead seeks a qualified contractor with at least 5 years' experience in the cleaning of commercial grease exhaust systems for the Plaza Cafe located in: Town of Hempstead Town Hall 1 Washington Street Hempstead, NY 11550 This is a one-year contract with an option for the Town of Hempstead to extend the contract at intervals of one year for up to an additional three years. The contract may not exceed a total of four years. Please contact Kiera Metzger at 516-812-3152 to obtain a copy of this contract. Work is to be done after hours, Monday through Friday after 4:00 pm. Work is to be performed under the supervision of personnel from the Department of General Services. Payment will be made monthly. Invoice must be accompanied with a Town of Hempstead claim form: A dated receipt signed by an authorized Department of General Services employee, verifying the services has been rendered. Certified payroll records must accompany all invoices. This is a prevailing wage contract. Must provide performance bond upon award and prior to contract signing
