The City of Redlands Facilities and Community Services department is currently soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to provide on-site and off-site services for The City's Fleet Division as well as general services for City facilities. City facilities include but not limited to The Civic Center, The Citrus Center, The Community Center, Parks Division, Streets Division, and Cemetery Division for items including but not limited to gates, doors, grates, fencing, handrails, onsite/offsite fabrications (including custom work), and installations (including any necessary infield adjustments). The successful bidder will be issued an annual purchase order ("contract") for fiscal year 2024-25 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) with optional extensions. When applicable, the City is subject to the State of California prevailing wage laws as set forth in California Labor Code section 1770 et seq. The contractor is responsible for determining the appropriate Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) classification for the various employees and subcontractors used for a particular project or service. The successful Bidder will be required to obtain a City of Redlands business license prior to the beginning of the fiscal year, July 2024. See instructions on how to apply.
