Reference Number 0000344018 Job Location 3712 E Ashman Street, Midland, MI 48642 Midland County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to remove and replace the Outdoor Recreation wall system at the Midland County Juvenile Justice Center located at 3712 Ashman St, Midland, MI 48640. The attached plans and specifications provide details of the work we are requesting. o Remove and replace the free-standing concrete masonry unit walls o Remove and replace existing footings o Add wall lights. o Remove and replace concrete slabs as noted in plans. o Remove sod, prep ground for artificial athletic surface per plans and specs. o This is an active building in use 24/7/365. Contractor needs to coordinate work with owner to allow the continued use of the facility. o This is a detention facility.
