Reference Number 0000344209 Technical questions shall be directed to Tyler Abbs, City of Midland Facilities Manager at (989) 837-3370. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. The City of Midland is accepting bids for the total building demolition of Hanger 2C and site restoration. The contractor will be responsible for securing all permits for the demolition of Hanger 2C. In general, demolition shall include the existing hanger and approaches. All affected existing utilities shall be properly cut and capped per Local, State, and/or Federal regulations. Existing building slabs, foundation walls and footings shall be completely removed. The final fill material covering, shall be a minimum of 12 inches of topsoil, of which the top 4 inches shall be screened to provide an adequate base to support the growth of grass seed. All disturbed areas shall be seeded and covered with appropriate mulch as indicated in the specifications
