Renovation of an educational facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
West Virginia University ("WVU" or "University") on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors tofurnish and install new 060 MIL EPDM membrane that will tie into existing four inch (4") thick roof insulation system of marked areas. Refer to drawings and specs for better understanding. Notations 1. Required documentation must be submitted under SUPPLIER ATTACHMENTS with Response (bid bond, drug-free affidavit, etc.). 2. Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board. 3. Addenda will be posted on the Q&A Board; while the system should generate an automatic email, please be sure to visit the site regularly during this solicitation. 4.
