Site work for a mixed-use development in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
West Virginia University ("WVU" or "University") on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to provide all labor, material, equipment, and services required for the removal and disposal of one hundred seventy-six (176) steel guideway fascia panels, one thousand, four hundred and fifty (1,450) linear feet of steel safety railings, and associated coping and walkway plates at the Engineering PRT Station. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion of the entire Work as calculated or indicated below. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed and/or Contact shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion. Substantial Completion shall be July 26, 2024 Final Completion shall be August 2, 2024 Liquidated Damages shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion and Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Final Completion. Question Deadline 02/28/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website online Substantial Completion shall be July 26, 2024 Final Completion shall be August 2, 2024
