The current system is obsolete. The scope includes the replacement of all existing relay-based lighting control panels with new relay panels. Adding a new lighting control panel on A Level. Replace existing override switches, photocell for daylight zones. Added new control locations. Per Construction Documents and Specifications prepared by Cator Ruma and Associates dated February 23, 2024 the scope of services includes but limited to the demolition/removal of existing lighting control system and the installation of a complete new lighting control system.
