Reference Number 0000344437 Job Location: 8735 Wadsworth Blvd Replace damaged wastewater lift station vault hatch doors to include: Remove existing damaged vault lid, hatches, I-beam and C channel. Replace with The Bilco Co. JD (double leaf). (see attached drawing, Sheet 4) Replace aluminum I-beam and C channel in kind with approved equivalent Install two decorative boulders as directed by field staff. Question Acceptance Deadline 03/11/2024 04:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All Questions must be submitted online via website, Term: The number of days within which the Project is to be completed within 90 days of notice to proceed. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each bid must be accompanied by security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum price bid in the form of a certified or cashier's check payable to the City, or in the form of bid bond included with the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposed modifications.
