Cement Concrete for City Projects The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in said bids. TERM OF CONTRACT Upon approval by the City of Henderson Board of Commissioners the successful bidder(s) shall be awarded a contract based on these bid specifications effective through March 31, 2025. Upon written agreement by both parties the contract may be extended for one or two additional one-year (1) periods effective through March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2027, if renewed both years. Should the contract be extended for one or two additional years, all other provisions of the original contract shall still apply.
