Henderson Water Utility intends to establish a term contract with a contractor who has the ability, labor, materials, and equipment to provide mowing services, weed control, and related lawn care services in strict conformance with the terms, conditions and procedures set forth herein. South Water Treatment Plant: 4159 Quinns Landing Road Robards, KY 42452 o Litter removal, mowing, trimming, edging, sweeping, pruning, vegetation control, bush hogging o Both sides of the fence around the plant must be weed-eated and kept free of weeds, vines, and trees. The exception is the fence along the back of the SWTP: there is heavy brush on the far side on the fence that does not allow access. For this fence it will be maintained from the inside of the property with the same diligence. o The fence around the EQ basin shall be weed-eated from both sides to be kept free of weeds, trees, and vines. o The grass area around the EQ basin inside the fenced area around the basin must be mowed or weed-eated to be kept neat and professional looking. o Grass must be mowed all the way to the fence lines without causing damage to the fence. o Area in front of sub-station between SWTP & SWWTP shall be mowed, trimmed, and maintained all the way to the road including ditches. o There are areas around the plant used as a storage area. All areas must be trimmed around and maintained without causing damage to items stored on site. o South Wastewater Treatment Plant: 4145 Quinns Landing Road Robards, KY 42452 o Litter removal, mowing, trimming, edging, sweeping, pruning, vegetation control, bush hogging. o Pumpstations, water meter, and tank areas: various locations o Litter removal, mowing, trimming and some bush hogging.
