The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts and materials to install a 7-1/2 ton split type air to air heat pump equipment including metal supply to connect the new air handler to the existing supply air duct system, rectangular/ square return air ducts, return air grilles, auxiliary electrical strip heat, new refrigerant piping, control wiring and thermostat. This work is located at the USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC in building 75, Shop 650 Tool Room. This HVAC unit is identified as Unit number 5 detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached.
