Submittals (Accident Prevention Plan, Activity Hazard Analyses, Products, etc.) and Certifications/Licenses (10-hour OSHA, 30-hour OSHA, Competent Person in Fall Protection, Electrician's License, etc.) required by this solicitation are not to be submitted with a quote. The awarded Contractor will be required to provide all submittals and certifications within the time stated in the solicitation and resultant contract. Failure to do so may result in termination. Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean one (1) waterborne restroom, two (2) portable toilets, one (1) gazebo, three (3) shelters, forty-two (42) grills, one hundred (100) picnic tables, and seventy-four (74) picnic table pads at the Townshend Lake Recreation Area. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. The Townshend Lake Recreation Area is located on the West River on Dam Rd and is part of the Townshend Lake flood control project of which the office is located at 3845 Vermont Route 30, Townshend, VT. The period of performance shall be from contract award through 31 December 2024. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) option years with the same scope of services. The optional years would include a period of performance from 1 January 2025 through 31 December 2025, and from 1 January 2026 through 30 September 2026. The PreWork Conference shall be completed within fourteen (14) days of Contract Award.
