Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide ground maintenance activities at Townshend Lake, Townshend, VT. Site Visit - Contact the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) Valerie Franklin at 978-318- 8462 or Valerie.l.leclerc@usace.army.mil to arrange a site visit. Schedule - The period of performance will begin at contract award through 12/31/2025. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) option years with the same scope of services. The optional years would include a period of performance from 1/1/2026 through12/31/2026, and from 1/1/2027 through 10/31/2027. Services will be performed according to the table below. Services will not be performed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and will not be accepted before 8:00 am or after 8:00 pm unless approved in advance by the TPOC, and equipment necessary to provide ground maintenance activities at Townshend Lake. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following Performance Work Statement.
