Renovation of a municipal facility in Townshend, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The rehabilitate the historic Townshend Town Hall and Opera House, and provide ADA access to the main floor of the building, and provide an ADA compliant bathroom. This preliminary work will lead to complete building renovation in the near future. This Request for Proposal is for the following work: (1) To renovate a multi-fixture bathroom into a single unisex ADA compliant bathroom; (2) Installation of a new concrete ramp and railing system for ADA compliant access from existing concrete porch into the main floor, and (3) Provide new low energy door openers for two (2) main entrance door leafs.
