Maxville Manor is accepting Expressions of Interest to pre-qualify Construction Managers for pre-construction and construction services for a proposed addition and renovations to an existing Long-term Care Home, in Maxville, Ontario. The project involves a fully sprinklered, two-storey addition of non-combustible construction, of approx. 80,000 sq ft, single-storey additions of 5,000 sq ft, and approx. 50,000 sq ft of interior renovation to an existing Long-Term Care Home. The existing home will remain in operation during construction, and the project will occur in multiple phases. TIMELINE: A Construction Manager has been selected through an EOI process. Sub trade details and timelines have yet to be confirmed. Pending fundraising as well as owner's decision to proceed, the construction start is targeted for spring 2025. *Anticipated Construction Budget: +/- $50 Million.
